Managing Director | PMI
Grace Najjar serves as the Managing Director for PMI’s Middle East/North Africa (MENA) region and leads PMI’s Energy for greater reach and focus globally.
With over 28 years across various industries, Grace has served as a national & international advisory and management within corporations & governments. In these roles, she implemented and strengthened strategy execution, results delivery, modernization & digital transformation solutions, as well as helped drive alignment with the highest quality standards across the MENA region with focus on SDG goals and ESG framework.
She founded her own firm, Align Management Solutions, in 2010. She is also a professor at business schools and engineering faculties in Beirut and Europe.
Prior to her MD role, Grace supported PMI as the head of the Corporate and Government Relations in the Middle East. Through her roles, she has helped PMI establish strong connections with influential organizations and governments in the region.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from Saint Joseph University in Beirut, and a Master’s degree in Network & Telecommunications from the Télécom ParisTech. Grace is a certified PMP, PgMP and DASM, as well as a graduate of the 2013 PMI Leadership Institute Master Class.
