Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) is an international membership association, incorporated in 1976, that gathers worldwide geotechnical professionals including contractors, engineers, manufacturers, suppliers, academics and owners in the deep foundations industry. DFI’s multidisciplinary membership creates a consensus voice and a common vision for continual improvement in the planning, design and construction of deep foundations and excavation. DFI’s 4,000 plus worldwide members are provided a forum for networking, education, communication and collaboration through which their combined expertise helps promote the advancement of the deep foundations industry.
